II – All individuals are entitled to basic material living standards, including housing, food, water, safety, security, and access to health care.

III – All individuals should have equitable access to employment, transportation, and essential consumer goods.

IV – In conditions of abundance, all individuals should have access to formal education, social services, and cultural enrichment.

V – Individuals should have sufficient freedom to conduct their lives as they choose, provided their choices do not cause unnecessary pain, suffering, hardship, or horror to others.

VI – Individuals may own property and resources, provided such ownership does not infringe upon the basic material living standards of others.

VII – Accumulation of resources becomes morally wrong when it undermines the Common Good or restricts others’ access to basic material living standards.

VIII – A society that tolerates extreme excess alongside preventable deprivation fails its obligation to the Common Good.
