Sexuality

I – Sexuality is a biological function as organisms are predisposed toward reproductive or sexual behaviors according to their biology.

II – Because sexuality arises from biological and developmental processes that are not chosen, individuals do not choose to be heterosexual, homosexual, asexual, or any other orientation.

III – In sufficiently intelligent and conscious beings, a sexual orientation that differs from the majority should not be regarded negatively when it causes no harm to others.

IV – In sufficiently intelligent and conscious beings capable of moral reasoning, moral frameworks should not be used to persecute or condemn sexual orientations that do not cause harm.
