Perspective
I – While often similar, each individual will always have a unique perspective.
II – Each individual’s perspective is biologically grounded in their faculties of perception.
III – Each individual’s perspective is further shaped by their learning and experience.
IV – A given individual must accept that their own perspective is not necessarily true or correct.
V – As individuals within society, we must understand that our views are not the only views.
VI – While agreement with every perspective is not possible, the existence of differing perspectives is an inherent feature of human experience.
VII – In every incident observed by more than one individual, multiple distinct interpretations of the same event will arise.
VIII – Even when an event is recorded through video, audio, images, or transcripts, each individual will still form a unique interpretation of that representation.
