Overpopulation
I – Overpopulation occurs when the number of individuals exceeds the capacity of a system to support them.
II – In highly intelligent, conscious beings, the concept of overpopulation must be acknowledged and addressed once it enters into awareness.
III – Failure to meaningfully respond to overpopulation will result in severe systemic consequences.
IV – Once a system is overpopulated, degradation of that system accelerates.
V – Once a system is overpopulated, degradation often becomes irreversible.
VI – Once a system is overpopulated, degradation can be mitigated but not eliminated without significant measures.
VII – Once a system is overpopulated, deliberate population management strategies will become necessary.
VIII – Once a system is overpopulated, technological innovations will become necessary to sustain or restore balance.
