XII – The functional markers He, She, Ze, or They describe roles of service and apply only while an individual is actively carrying the responsibility, and again only in death as a record of completed service. These markers are temporary and are not retained outside of active service; all other terms in this nomenclature describe enduring identities within the faith.
*The Commons is the living expression of Those Who Muse in each place. It is the circle of members who gather, reflect, and act together. Governance begins in the Commons, service is directed toward the Commons, and the canon is carried forward by the Commons.
