III – You possess the right to personal liberty, including freedom of movement, association, expression, and choice.
IV – You possess the right to security, including protection from threats, exploitation, and undue fear.
V – You possess the right to well‑being, including conditions that enable you to pursue purpose, growth, and fulfillment.
VI – You possess the right to autonomy and informed consent, including the capacity to make, understand, and enact decisions about your own life.
VII – You possess the right to political participation, including a voice in the laws, norms, and policies that shape your community.
VIII – You possess the right to equality before the law, including equal treatment, equal protection, and equal access to justice.
IX – You possess the right to practical reason, including the ability to reflect, form intentions, evaluate choices, and plan your life.
X – You possess the right to affiliation, including the freedom to form relationships, participate in communal life, and access supportive social bonds.
XI – You possess the right to due process, and no foundational right may be restricted, limited, or suspended without transparent, lawful, and justifiable procedures.
XII – You possess these rights in equal measure to all others, and the exercise of your rights shall not infringe upon the equal rights of any other conscious being.
